Previously serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) organization at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, a 1.5B RNAsi company. In this role, she scaled the IT risk program to cover the growth of Alnylam’s pipeline serving patients in 25 countries and managed a direct budget of $6mm. She regularly reported on the information security and GRC strategy and status to the Board of Directors and the Board subcommittee, the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee

Prior to Alnylam, Sanju was the CISO and Director of IT Strategy and Architecture at Linde plc, Sanju oversaw the security and IT strategy for a $30 billion industrial gas company operating in over 100 countries with 70,000 employees. In this role, she was instrumental in integrating the security programs of two leading industrial gas companies following a merger of equals, unifying disparate risk landscapes into a cohesive and eGective strategy. She was responsible for $15mm P&L and team of 30 professionals.
